Nice :)

That was kinda good man, there are parts of the song that could use some work and by that I mean some sounds sound a bit too distorted especially the guitar part and they prevent me to crank up the volume (and I have a good amplifier)

PROS:
I like the basic melody of the song, the guitar solo is cool, the song has a good tempo, the lyrics are nice and sound good with a vocoder and it's nice to listen to it in a loop

CONS:
You have a nice voice but the part without the vocoder could have used more rehearsing, and as I said the guitar is cool, but a bit too distorted.

OVERALL:
It's not that bad, it's quite good actually (the song was in a loop the whole time while I was writing this, and I think that says allot ;-) 5/5 10/10 ...gave you a high score because I suppose you also make solo projects like me...not the best thing on Newgrounds by all means, but the song shows that you have good talent and time will only show improvement, I'm sure of it.

Thanks for such a great review! It's always so refreshing to hear input in a sincere way. I know the EQing on the song is a little off, but it always seems by the time I finish a song, and am about to wrap it up (with eqing and recording vocals) I'm usually so tired of hearing the song that I tend to half ass it. Quite good...

...if you did it all by yourself, if that's the case you deserve 5/5 10/10, and mainly because you made an all original melody which is always a bonus, this is also one of your better tunes.

nice...

...I like it, good choice of sounds and nice progression till 1:52 but the part between 1:52-2:17 gets a bit repetitive (nothing too annoying but you could have expanded the melody a bit) after that it's all good. Gave you 5 & 9 (but it deserves a 9.5 ;)

NOTICE: some of the sounds like the "choir" and some of the "strings" sound great, but there are some "midi-like" instruments that could sound better.

Eh i know but i assure you none are midi all of my instruments are hQ instruments still working in EQ mastering wise but im getting better at mastering the frequencies :) but ya im 15 :) 16 on june 18th :)

Yes, I made this all by myself. There are no pre-made loops anywhere in this song. Each instrument track was performed and recorded separately by me. Unless someone likes Jazz, they won't like this song very much; but I see that you have an appreciation for Jazz. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for your review.

Hmm...

...love the intro but the choice of bass sound is not as good, the main melody is quite strong but to a certain point because it gets a bit repetitive in the later part of the song. If only you tried to expand the melody a bit...but it's cool...

...I gave you 5/5 and 7/10 because I know you can do better ;)

...I love the original and this version is no exception, the beat is kinda strange at first but I got used to it.

Aha, thanks for the review. And yes, the beatboxing is off. Unfortunately, the source file got corrupted so I am unable to fix it.
